Cash Advance Repayment Authorization

Effective Date: May 19, 2026

You agree to these terms and authorize Tilt Finance Inc. and its affiliates, assignees, and service providers (“Tilt, us, we”) to electronically debit (and, if necessary, electronically credit to correct erroneous debits) the repayment account you linked during enrollment to Cash Advance (“External Bank Account”), either through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) or the debit card you linked during enrollment to Cash Advance (on the basis of where your next paycheck is expected to be deposited based upon the information provided to us) as follows:

• Amount of Debits: Lesser of the amount of the Tilt Cash Advance disclosed on the final confirmation screen and the outstanding Tilt Cash Advance balance (including any selected delivery fee). The approved Tilt Cash Advance amount disclosed on the final confirmation screen is subject to change in our sole discretion.

• Timing/Frequency of Debits:

  • We will initiate the debit on the due date agreed upon on the Tilt Cash Advance confirmation screen and, if the initial debit attempt fails, we may make subsequent attempts within the next 180 days: including the initial attempt, we may attempt the debit transaction up to a total of five times via the debit card you linked during Cash Advance enrollment and up to a total of three times through ACH.
  • If you want to change your payment date, you must change it by 3:00pm PST on the Business Day prior to its scheduled date to ensure the change will be effective.

You may revoke this authorization and stop payment by contacting us in-App or calling us between 8am and 8pm EST two Business Days before the scheduled date of the debit. If you revoke this authorization and stop payment, you will not be able to take another Cash Advance until you repay the outstanding Cash Advance in full. If we do not receive notice before the cut-off time, we may attempt, in our sole discretion, to cancel the debit transaction. However, we assume no responsibility for our failure to do so. Please note that revoking this authorization will not apply to electronic debits performed before revocation becomes effective. Canceling your subscription does not revoke this Tilt Cash Advance Authorization. You agree that you will not dispute Tilt debiting your accounts, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated herein.

For purposes of this authorization, "Business Day" means Monday through Friday, excluding federal banking holidays.
