Sometimes we may need additional information to set up your account. You'll see the request in your app, and review takes about 3 business days after you submit. We typically request a valid U.S. government photo ID and current proof of address.

Accepted documents

U.S. government photo ID:

• U.S. driver's license
• U.S. state ID card
• Unexpired U.S. passport

Proof of address (dated within 60 days, matching your signup address):

• Employer paystub
• Utility bill (water, gas, electric, or cable)
• Lease agreement
• Automobile registration
• Official bank statement
